Terms and conditions for the KRISTAL.air mobile application

This BETA version of the KRISTAL.air mobile application is designed to help developers test and improve its performance.

KRISTAL AERONAUTIQUE, the Supplier of KRISTAL.air, owns all rights, titles and interests related to the mobile application including, without limitation, intellectual property rights.

Within the limits permitted by law, you may not: (a) modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the KRISTAL.air mobile application; (b) rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, transmit or transfer the KRISTAL.air mobile application; (c) make any copy or reproduce the KRISTAL.air mobile application; or (d) present the KRISTAL.air mobile application to unauthorized third parties, without the authorization of the Application Provider.

You agree to make the necessary efforts to test the KRISTAL.air mobile application that you agree to support.

You understand that the versions made available to you of the KRISTAL.air mobile application are beta and / or limited launch versions, and that they may be incomplete or contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not use the KRISTAL.air mobile application in a commercial operating environment or with important data.

The Supplier of the KRISTAL.air mobile application cannot be held responsible for the costs, expenses or other damages that you may incur as a result of the use of the application including, without limitation, any damage or loss. or corruption of any software, information or data. You expressly agree to use the KRISTAL.air mobile application at your own risk.

You acknowledge and agree that you will not be remunerated for the evaluation of the application or for any comments on the different versions, and that you will bear all the costs associated with your use of the mobile application (in particular the costs of access to mobile and data transport networks).
